Helpful information to include
When possible, include the following details so we can investigate the problem:
- the installed CinePunks version;
- your device model and Android or iOS version;
- a description of the problem and steps to reproduce it;
- screenshots that do not contain confidential information.
Do not send passwords, access codes, authentication tokens, or other credentials.

For issues with CinePunks or synchronization, use the support email above. Trakt account management and data stored directly by Trakt remain subject to the tools and terms provided by Trakt.
